License information
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This page explains what you may do with the images you create with BohoMockup. It is part of the Terms of Service.
What you can do
When you create a mockup with BohoMockup (free or Premium scenes), you get a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use that finished image, containing your artwork, to promote and sell your own products. For example, you may use it:
- in your Etsy listings, shop banners and shop pages;
- on your own website, in social media posts, newsletters and ads for your products;
- in print or online material that advertises your products.
The licence continues after you cancel Premium for the images you already created. It does not depend on you keeping a subscription.
What you cannot do
- Sell, share or redistribute the scene files or templates on their own, or as part of a mockup pack, template bundle or similar product, or let others use them as a template.
- Extract, scrape or copy the scene files from the extension or our servers, other than through the images the Service creates for you.
- Claim that the scene images themselves are your own original photography.
- Use the images for anything unlawful, defamatory or misleading, or in a way that suggests that Etsy or any other third party endorses you or BohoMockup.
Your artwork
You keep all rights in your artwork. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for any claim that it infringes someone else’s rights.
About the scenes
The scene images in the library were created with AI image-generation tools and then prepared for BohoMockup (frame, artwork area, shadows and lighting). Because of this, the scenes themselves may have limited or no copyright protection in some countries, and we do not promise exclusivity: other people may have similar scenes. The mockups are illustrations of how a print could look; the physical room, frame and lighting shown do not exist.
If you list a product that shows a mockup, make sure your listing makes clear what the customer is actually buying (for example a digital download, not a framed print), and follow Etsy’s rules about how listing images and AI-generated content are described.
No warranty
The licence is given as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for how a marketplace or third party treats your listings.
